I had just one student when I first started my career as a teacher. Due to the fact that I had few students to teach, people frequently questioned my judgments, but my background has always taught me to emphasize on the positive and combat the negative. It was better than having none that I had one student. He helped me realize that I was indeed a teacher and that someone was eager to
receive education from me.

When I looked around, I saw that there was a severe lack of competent and reasonably priced educators for children. My college professor once remarked to me, “Jayesh, learn to mould yourself according to the diverse individuals you confront. You have to live in this world, and everyone in this world is different.” My team and I want to deliver the high-quality education that young people deserve in a manner that completely suits them. I am confident that if we have students and parents who are interested in watching their kids lead the world in the future, we will be able to push them on the right path.

Finally, I think that concepts are more like seeds that need to be planted, tended, and used properly rather than fruits that can be used directly. I am aware of the potential that young people possess, and I work with them to develop their capacity to sow and nurture these seeds. I will make every effort to support the best-prepared students from our Institute who will shape our future.
